[Lnc-business] Fwd: Unacceptable post

Thank you for not posting it to this list.  When we last discussed this, I
took the position that "off duty" comments were, as a general matter, not
all that relevant to the LNC.  I reserved the possibility, though, that
certain things are obscene enough to extend to everything that person does,
including board service.  The comment under discussion here is, in my view,
one of those.  I would ask the Vice Chair to resign.
