[Lnc-business] Fwd: Ohio petition too slow. Help! Get paid$2.50 each!

I’m torn on this issue.
I’m inclined to agree with Mr Hayes, that leading these efforts, not just participating in them, is something we should expect from those in party leadership, and it is something each of us should be willing to do without being paid unquestioningly, and many of us have.

On the other hand, I have been a paid petitioner myself in the past, and understand the desire of those doing the work to be compensated for their time.

Is there not a way where we could highlight the fact that Dustin, as a member of the LNC and an officer of the LPO is taking to the ground himself to lead the effort, to perhaps drum up more press and volunteers locally, while increasing the reach of the advertising calling for more paid petitioners?

We are punishing Dustin for the failures of a past board because he is on
the present board? This is something we are going to pay for - but we
won't because??? I volunteer for things too and sacrifice time but it
isn't like.... oh going and being the office manager when we were hiring an
office manager. (analogy doesn't walk on all fours I realize)

Can this be on the agenda?
