[Lnc-business] FW: Ebke Request

I'm in favor of whatever expedites the process to get the 5K to the Ebke 
campaign.

Email ballot or in-person at Denver, whatever is quickest.

If it's to be Denver, perhaps, we can all agree on the motion wording in 
advance, and the motion can sail through with little time delay.
