[Lnc-business] Complaint from state affiliate

porcfest is a private event. As such they have the right to ask whomever
they want to participate or not. Im not clear why the affiliate could
not reach out directly if they wanted to participate nor why anyone
would think that it is nationals job to do so for them . Porcfest is
well advertised, it isnt a secret event.
