[Lnc-business] ETA for December LNC minutes?

Correction - sent 9 days ago see attached screenshot. Many of us became
violently ill after that meeting and were down in bed for about a week. I
finished them immediately after that passed - again as we discussed at the
meeting. I do not view the auto-approved rule precisely the same as
auto-approved minutes have no changes. While these did not have changes
from the committee, I had specially formatted all of the changes made
between versions 1 and 2 for ease of reference by the LNC and needed to
remove those and add the attachments. However, they were submitted in the
several weeks following approval.
Thank you so very much for checking up on this.

As of today, those approved minutes are not yet posted on the
website,
and I don't remember seeing the final version come through our
email
list.
Policy Manual Section 1.02.6 sets a requirement that an official
copy
of auto-approved minutes be provided within 7 days of their
approval.
While these minutes were not auto-approved, but were approved in
a
meeting, I have always viewed that same 7-day term as a
reasonable
standard for any minutes approved by other means as well, to
comply
with the Bylaw Article 7.14 requirement that they be "promptly"
posted.
Caryn Ann, when will the approved version of those minutes be
made
available to the membership?
