My apologies Alicia, I didn't recall that part, but that certainly makes
sense. Some people hate to be cc'd on things so I get a little gunshy
about that - not me - I would rather be cc'd than not.

As of today, those approved minutes are not yet posted on the
        website,
and I don't remember seeing the final version come through our
        email
           list.
Policy Manual Section 1.02.6 sets a requirement that an
   official
        copy
of auto-approved minutes be provided within 7 days of their
        approval.
While these minutes were not auto-approved, but were approved
   in
        a
meeting, I have always viewed that same 7-day term as a
        reasonable
standard for any minutes approved by other means as well, to
        comply
with the Bylaw Article 7.14 requirement that they be "promptly"
        posted.
Caryn Ann, when will the approved version of those minutes be
        made
           available to the membership?
