	This being a minor technical correction, it didn't even seem worth adding my name as a sponsor, but it's hard to imagine any objections to the change.

	I vote yes on the motion.

Love & Liberty,

                                   ((( starchild )))
At-Large Representative, Libertarian National Committee

                                  @StarchildSF

P.S. – On a side note, I am struck by the language of this sentence (already in the Policy Manual), "...it is hoped that at least one recipient will be found worthy for each award at each regular convention."

I don't see anything inherently wrong with expressing our "hopes" in the Policy Manual – but then I also favor either making the provisions of that document non-binding guidelines which each LNC can choose to individually adopt or not adopt for itself, or if a provision is important enough to want it to automatically apply to all LNCs, adding it to the bylaws. It just seems like the kind of language which I might have thought someone who thinks meeting minutes should only contain the bare record of official actions, rather than providing persons not at a meeting a real understanding of what took place there, would find unacceptable.
