[Lnc-business] Proposed LNC Meeting Agenda - June 30, 2018

Based on schedule and room conflicts I've been informed of, the LNC
meeting will be at 4:00 pm in New Orleans.  A revised and condensed
agenda is attached, though I note that the meeting is still 184
minutes, so if there are agenda items that can be removed at the
opening of the meeting, it will allow us to not conflict with the
evening events.
