[Lnc-business] September meeting date change

Dear LNC,  

I'm sorry for misreading my calendar at the end of the post convention
LNC meeting but I do have a conflict with a wedding for our scheduled
date of September 8th & 9th.

I would ask for your consensus to move the dates of the September
meeting to the 22nd and 23rd, hopefully no one has a conflict for those
dates.

I don't know that we need an email ballot since I think we just
generally agreed on the 8th & 9th, I don't remember taking a vote but I
was rather exhausted by that point!
