[Lnc-business] September meeting date change

Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  Allow me to request that the meeting 
remain scheduled for Sept. 8-9.  I shall not be able to attend a meeting 
on Sept. 22-23, as I shall address the European Students For Liberty 
conference in Reykjavik, Iceland that weekend. Arrangements have already 
been made regarding my participation in the conference.

     As always, thanks for your work for liberty.
