[Lnc-business] I am very very disturbed

If you want At-Large and Judicial votes to be completed on time, I 
suggest that at the next convention, you and a few others go to the 
microphone 2 or 3 times per day as needed and remind delegates how we 
ran out of time to do the voting in the last 2 conventions so keep 
priorities in mind. Adding a day to the convention might work, but it 
might also just allow for more debate on procedures and other things.
