[Lnc-business] September meeting date change

Dear All,

Based on all the responses I've seen, the weekend of September 29-30
appears to have the most support of the members participating on the
list and to be a date that does not present a hard conflict for any
members of the LNC.

Absent any strong objection, I will ask the Secretary to send an email
ballot to the list for changing the date of the next LNC meeting to
September 29-30, 2018.
