[Lnc-business] Acknowledging election of JC members

Although I though Mr. Moulton was in favor of placing the first seven on
the JC, there were still sufficient LNC members
co-sponsoring the motion for it to become a Email Ballot.
I'm of the opinion that they former JC ceased to exist at the end of the
Convention and Mr. Moulton's opinion is just an
advisory opinion.
We are in the Twilight Zone on this issue. A strict interpretation of
the Bylaws would have us with no JC until 2022, the
next non-POTUS convention. However, we need to have a JC just in case
their decision is needed and for the protection of
the membership.
Let's go with the E-Mail Ballot as proposed and sponsored. What could
happen? Someone file a complaint with the JC that
was appointed by this procedure?
