I am so happy to see retention as a priority topic. I know in TN I have 
worked hard to help retain members. I have spoken with many members who 
were on the fence about staying but after this past convention, and a 
few heart-to-heart conversations, have decided to renew their LP 
membership. I would love to assist in the outreach and retention 
committee in anyway possible.
