[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

Hello All,

I'm a co-sponsor of this motion, and will vote closer to the deadline
date, as I'm eliciting opinions and feedback from Region 3 members.

State affiliate officers and members in Region 3 have offered opinions
and stated how they'd like me to vote. Although, there's some varying
opinions on how to vote, all agree that the voting and tally system
needs an overhaul. I think some good will come of this regardless of the
vote, as awareness of the voting and tally problems are widely
acknowledged. This should give us motivation and a consensus to charge
how we do both.

Cheers,
EVH
