[Lnc-business] Youth Outreach Committee

I agree, I believe shifting our focus to establishing any needed or desired ad hoc committees and filling vacancies would be a good effort. I know a lot of people expressed interest in being on the youth outreach committee which is awesome and we should not let this enthusiasm fade.

Look for a few ad hoc motions coming from me in the coming days.
