[Lnc-business] Reminder on committee population

Yes I just wanted to keep Awards in our radar and possibly an earlier
appointment might stir up additional ideas to reward our candidates and
activists.  Our next meeting at the end of Sept will be just before the 90
day expiration period for the Convention Committee so if we wanted no down
time that would be an ideal time to appoint.
