[Lnc-business] Reminder on committee population

IIRC at the meeting there was a suggestion/discussion on IT to at least change the LNC requirement, if not make more substantial changes in order to open it up to qualified people. Not an objection, just a reminder in case we do want to look at that before populating that committee.

I also need two non-LNC members for the Candidate Support Committee.  
Caryn Ann, if you don't have the time I'd be happy to write a draft 
email for population of these committees.

I think we need to get it out early next week so we have to time review 
applications.  EPCC and Audit members are chosen by the LNC, COC non-LNC 
members are chosen by the Chair from COC recommendations.

We also need to fill IT (LNC only) and Mr. Sarwark needs to appoint a 
Chair for the Affiliate Support Committee to begin the process of 
filling that committee.
