[Lnc-business] Reminder on committee population

Yes I think we can have a unified application for committees.  I will be
getting with Andy Burns on the best way to accomplish that (ie not all non
LNC positions are filed by us or the Chair and that is who gets copied).
It may be that I will need to be the one copied on all and I’ll forward to
the appropriate parties.
