I have something off topic but youth outreach reminded me - for those of 
you with the youth connections, today is also the deadline for 
scholarships to attend the State Policy Network meeting this October in 
Salt Lake City. Recipients must be between 21 and 30 and have less than 
5 years work experience and want to work to advance liberty. Covers 
registration, hotel, and travel. Over 800 people from over 60 
organizations will be in attendance (including me!). Deadline today.
