[Lnc-business] Request for co-sponsors - Motion for independent vote audit (JC edition)

I am still seeking sponsors of this motion to audit the JC ballots as well.
This is seperate from the motion we are voting on to audit At Large. I'm
afraid it may have gotten lost in the shuffle and so I will bump it only
this once.
