[Lnc-business] Reminder on committee population

 From Joe's list below here is a tentative schedule for filling Committee 
spots following allowing non-LNC  members to apply:

Here's the list I have, but it's probably missing some

APRC
Up to 5 LNC members  Done at Post-Convention LNC Meeting

AUDIT COMMITTEE
1 non-officer LNC member & 2 non-LNC members  Can wait until Sept LNC 
meeting and we should ask for non-LNC applicants

AWARDS COMMITTEE            Can wait until Fall of 2019
5 members, inc. up to 2 non-LNC members

BALLOT ACCESS COMMITTEE      LNC members chosen at Post-Convention LNC 
meeting we should ask for non-LNC applicants
5 members, inc. at least 3 LNC members or alternates
(non-LNC members selected by LNC chair)

BYLAWS & RULES COMMITTEE      Can wait until Summer/Fall 2019
10 members, inc. no more than 5 LNC members

CANDIDATE SUPPORT COMMITTEE     LNC members chosen at Post-Convention 
LNC meeting we should ask for non-LNC applicants
7 members, inc. 2 non-LNC members
(non-LNC members selected by LNC chair)

CONVENTION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE     Current Committee serves for 90 days 
post convention.  New committee can be selected at Sept. LNC meeting
7 members, inc. at least 4 LNC members and at least 2 non-LNC members
(non-LNC members selected by LNC Chair)

CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE      Can wait until Summer/Fall 2019
10 members, 5 appointed by states and 5 by the LNC

EMPLOYMENT POLICY & COMPENSATION COMMITTEE     Select at Sept. LNC 
meeting
3 LNC

HISTORICAL PRESERVATION COMMITTEE    Select at Sept. LNC meeting
5+ members, chair by LNC

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE       Select at Sept. LNC meeting with 
non-LNC applicants per the application process
7 members, inc. up to 5 non-LNC members

PLATFORM COMMITTEE    Can wait until Summer/Fall 2019
20 members, 15 appointed by states and 5 by the LNC

YOUTH ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE    Select at Sept. LNC meeting with non-LNC 
applicants per the application process
5 members, inc. 1 LNC member, 2 under the age of 27, and 1 college 
student
