I hear all the arguments and understand them all.  I even have some level of agreement.  My region is still unanimously if favor, and keep stating that the top 7 is what they intended/thought/wanted/would have supported.  So I will be maintaining my Yes vote.
Honestly, also, sometimes shit happens and you jast have to do your best to fix it and move on, even if your choices suck. IMHO having NO JC sucks more if shit hits the fan, and if it does not then it is a non issue.

I change my vote to No.

After reading Mr. Brown's & Ms. Mattson's analyses and contemplating on
the issue, I've come to the conclusion that the Judicial Committee is
vacant with no one having the authority to fill the vacancies. Part of
this is also considering the phrase "as specified" in Rule 9 to refer to
the manner specified that is written in the Convention Special Rules of
Order.

This is sub-optimal as it leaves no committee for suspended affiliates,
officers, or at-large members to appeal their suspension to, thus
potentially violating their rights to an appeal. The best solution is
for no one to take any action that's suspension-worthy. :)

I'll throw out an idea for the rare event that an appeal of an LNC
action may be needed. The LNC could create an ad-hoc Advisory Committee
that can hear appeals over the items specified in Bylaws Article 6,
Section 2, Parts a, b, & c. The LNC commits to reverse a suspension if
the Advisory Committee, after hearing an appeal, advises that the
suspended affiliate, officer, or at-large member should be reinstated.
The committee's members will be D. Frank Robinson, Chuck Moulton, Darryl
Perry, Ruth Bennett, Geoff Neale, Jim Turney, and Tricia Sprankle.
