[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-11: ACKNOWLEDGE ELECTION OF JC

In the event the present proposal fails, I would co-sponsor Mr. Hagan's 
proposal. I believe the present proposal is superior because it gives us 
no ability to withdraw our consent to abide by an order from the 
committee, which Mr. Hagan's proposal would.

I understand and have heard from many that the proper course is no 
Judicial Committee for two to four years, but I maintain that's not what 
our Bylaws or Rules envisage, nor a good step to take. But if Mr. 
Hagan's proposal is the one most people prove to be comfortable with, 
I'm happy to support it.
