[Lnc-business] Seeking input and potentially co-sponsors - SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON ELECTIONS

I was not clear on my co-sponsorship and was hoping that Joe would consider
putting this on the agenda for the next meeting rather than an email motion.

Joe will you consider that?
