[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-15: CREATE AD HOC RETENTION AND OUTREACH COMMITTEE

Reviewing this further, I vote no in favour of hearing this at the next
meeting.  There are multiple issues here.  Most importantly the time frame
is all wrong - we should have goalposts and reports due with things we can
implement NOW and sooner than 5th LNC meeting.  I support the idea, it is
just this too complex for email ballot and needs a LOT more discussion.
