[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-13: INDEPENDENT AUDIT OF JC RESULTS

I vote No on this motion.

I doubt that an independent audit of the JC would show that any 
candidate has a majority of the votes
so there is no reason to audit.  Without someone gaining a majority the 
situation does not change and
there is no recourse available to us to change it.
