[Lnc-business] Email Ballots

Agree with everyone.

Lord knows I love emails.  And don't worry about me keeping up
secretarial-wise - but some things should wait for meeting to be properly
hashed out.

And..... remember..... five of us can band together to call for an
emeeting.  Frankly I think it is almost ridiculous that we meet only once a
quarter.
