[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-17 - SET EMAIL BALLOT ENDING TIME

I vote Yes.

If the no votes are coming because of a time, please introduce another
motion. I want to eliminate the discretion factor for our membership so
that they can count on some consistency. Our policy manual leaves it open
for too many interpretations as Ms Matteson pointed out in her arguments
for midnight. For our membership as a whole, I urge a yes vote.
