Further update on this.  I spent some time talking to Brandon this
morning, a bit hungover, but a lot more together than I was at 12 am the
night before.

I got his rack card/door knocker printing issues solved for him (I
think, I got a pro to give him a hand, and have offered to pay for that
help personally if there is a charge).

My team and I have found him some volunteers to help him write a
script for calls and door knockers (if he/we can find him some on the
ground volunteers).

We have found him a couple volunteers to phone bank for him and are
working on putting together a complete team for this.

He does have his voter lists, I had received incorrect information from
somewhere else that he did not, and it was a monetary issue.  Apparently
just a confusion about who had it or not.

He is 90% done with his application for candidate support, but
apparently there is a video requirement?  He is having trouble with
time/money/help on that portion.  As he is an incumbent that spoke to us
in NOLA, do we REALLY need a video?

He is not near his state mandated limit, again the person who reported
that to me was incorrect, same issue basically.

Brandon is on military orders this week til Friday, I gave him a pep
talk, encouraged him to take a day or two when he got back and recharge
with some family time then get back to it.

I have made some outreach to people on the ground in the area. Results
have not been promising.  Maybe when the regional rep situation gets
resolved he will know more people to contact, I did have some offers
from people to go up and help door knock if they can get bus fare money
or something, which I will pass on to him when he gets back.

I have spread his fundraising link very liberally over FB.  I do not
have the same reach on the other platforms.   I see that the raffle
thing was an issue for posting on the national FB page, do we have a
similar issue with sharing candidate donation links?  Not familiar with
all the legal ins and outs of that, but I know we can all share it from
our personal pages at least.  Here is the link

I obviously agree with Brent, I think this is an important election for us nationally,
along with Ebke's. Not knowing the complete process for us and what ways there are to smooth that
process limits my suggestions to what we can work on other than asking for help and ideas.
