COMMITTEE Voting "aye": Bilyeu, Bishop-Henchman, Goldstein, Hagan, Harlos,
Olsen, Lark, Longstreth, Lyons, Mattson, Merced, Nekhaila, Phillips, Smith,
Van Horn Voting "nay": None Express Abstention: None With a final vote
tally of 15-0, the motion PASSES. Note: Redpath and Sarwark did not vote.
