The Libertarian Party of Maine no longer files with the FEC. National
party committees, such as the LNC, may not solicit funds that are not
subject to the prohibitions, limitations, and reporting requirements of
the Federal Election Campaign Act. Unfortunately government regulations
prohibit the LNC from soliciting for a state affiliate's nonfederal
funds. However, other state political party committees may advertise the
raffle.
