It is very easy to coordinate a google drive - let's strip the html.

In fact I was going to ask that some things be done differently - for
instance, rather than submitting reports to the list - to submit them to me
and I can keep them organized centrally so we are not hunting and pecking
for them.  I am more than happy to take charge of keeping a google drive
organized.  I don't think it should be my personal drive - it should be an
account controlled by the Party (and this would go a long way towards
solving another issue I see - no master forms or repositories should only
be in the custody of any one person or persons.  This seems like a
Secretarial function and I would like to see this happen.
