So to be honest, it's been a little while since I've looked at this, but I
recall that there were basically two choices. I'm going to get a little
bit technical here, so please bear with me.
When you send an email with anything except Plain Text, there's a chance
that the particular email program will encode the message using MIME. What
is MIME?
"Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) is an Internet standard that
extends the format of email to support: Text in character sets other than
ASCII. Non-text attachments: audio, video, images, application programs
etc. Message bodies with multiple parts." -- Le Google
Here is an article about it: https://wiki.list.org/DOC/How%
20do%20I%20turn%20off%20HTML%20messages-attachments%3F
The option that provides the cleanest email threads is to strip HTML and
attachments.
Also if people force their mail clients to use Plain Text instead of HTML
that would help a lot too. There are directions in the LP National Email
Service End User Guide on how to do that for the Web client.

So to be honest, it's been a little while since I've looked at this,
but I recall that there were basically two choices. I'm going to get a
little bit technical here, so please bear with me.
When you send an email with anything except Plain Text, there's a
chance that the particular email program will encode the message using
MIME. What is MIME?
"Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) is an Internet standard
that extends the format of email to support: Text in character sets
other than ASCII. Non-text attachments: audio, video, images,
application programs etc. Message bodies with multiple parts." -- Le
Google
Here is an article about it: [5]https://wiki.list.org/DOC/How%
20do%20I%20turn%20off%20HTML%20messages-attachments%3F
The option that provides the cleanest email threads is to strip HTML
and attachments.
Also if people force their mail clients to use Plain Text instead of

National Email Service End User Guide on how to do that for the Web
client.

It is very easy to coordinate a google drive - let's strip the
html. In
fact I was going to ask that some things be done differently -
for
instance, rather than submitting reports to the list - to submit
them
to me and I can keep them organized centrally so we are not
hunting and
pecking for them. I am more than happy to take charge of keeping
a
google drive organized. I don't think it should be my personal

it should be an account controlled by the Party (and this would
go a
long way towards solving another issue I see - no master forms or
