[Lnc-business] HTML being turned off business list

Caryn Ann, do you prefer the list setup with the restrictions described 
below to the way the APRC and probably most of our other email lists 
work, where almost anything goes formatting wise?

I like the way the APRC list works where you can add formatting (rich 
text / html) and attachments. My understanding is that the single 
downside to the way lists like the APRC work is that attachments don't 
make it to the LNC business email archives.
