[Lnc-business] HTML being turned off business list

While we're talking email quirks, I presume that the way the text looks on
messages like this:
http://hq.lp.org/pipermail/lnc-business/2018/014336.html
is not the way they look when Caryn Ann sends them. When they reach the
list, there are no line breaks, and it all runs together in a hard-to-parse
lump. Maybe this symptom helps diagnose?

While we're talking email quirks, I presume that the way the text looks
on messages like this:

is not the way they look when Caryn Ann sends them. When they reach
the list, there are no line breaks, and it all runs together in a

Dear Caryn Ann,
It's only your emails that have all the appended references at the
bottom of them. I think the fix can be done with how you send email
and not require the entire list to exclude attachments.
