[Lnc-business] Using electronic voting at LNC meetings for elections

I don't know why we would need this system for an in-person LNC meeting,
but it does look interesting to consider for convention voting.

Would each voter get a unique log-on and have to have internet access to
vote?

How would we handle those delegates delegates that don't have access?

How long would it take the Secretary to set up each ballot?

Those are just the questions that come to mind before my first cup of
coffee, I'm sure more will follow.
