[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2018-16 - SET DECEMBER MEETING DATE

[Alicia Mattson]

The tally sheet on this 2018-16 vote has a note that "Olsen had also voted
yes".

He did initially vote yes here:

But then three minutes later he changed it to abstain here:
http://hq.lp.org/pipermail/lnc-business/2018/014038.html

The tally sheet didn't get updated to reflect the change.   Since Hewitt
voted, this doesn't impact the results.
