[Lnc-business] Party Abbreviation on Ballots

The Libertarian Party of Nevada changed from LIB to LPN in 2016. Our
vote percentages had no significant change. For one datum point, my 5.1%
for State Senate matched the average of the other times I ran for
Senate.
