   PhpBB is my recommendation

An email list however is required for voting and vote debating per
Bylaws as it specifically says email.

But for workshopping etc a forum is perfect and I already am well
familiar with admin so no issue there as the Secretary admins the email
   list

I managed a vbulletin forum for over a decade.
And members can get email notification or digests - just like this.
Richard, I’ll take the lead on this and get volunteers to set up a

I managed a vbulletin forum for over a decade.
And members can get email notification or digests - just like
     this.
Richard, I’ll take the lead on this and get volunteers to set up
     a

All, I again suggest a php forum if anyone knows anything about

     an

     are not
a member. A member is defined as someone who can post and
     interact
in the group. Further on phone forums you can set access levels
     so
if there was say some reason for executive session discussion
     that
we did not want public (for a variety of reasons - legal for
example) we could restrict viewing access to just that area.
I'm talking basic early 2000s web programs here.
I don't mind assisting and or doing research to figure it out but
     I
have tried to set these thing up in the past and it is beyond my
skillset. I get lost once individual profiles need to be made -
     I can
only do basic web design. If want to stick with email, ok,
     however it
is clunky and difficult to capture the true flow of conversation
        sometimes.
I strongly believe forums, php or otherwise, might be a really,
     really
good option for us. Old fashioned, sure but effective. Forums
     literally
emerged in order to help organizations not email so much and to
     help
facilitate easily viewable discussion. We should all be somewhat
familiar with how they work already as well which is another
     plus.
