[Lnc-business] Social Media Links on LNC page on lp.org

There wasn't any formal motion. There was discussion both on the list and
at the first (or second) LNC meeting after the 2016 convention. I do not
think this requires a motion and is within the ED's discretion if it can be
worked into the page (which was the concern after the new website
launched).
