[Lnc-business] Debate Exclusion Utah

Contacting the Utah Debate Commission.

When we look at the numbers, based off their percentages, with undecided 
voters and other third party candidates, they are excluding the voices 
of over 383.000 voters who want to hear from more than the two old 
parties (at least in regard to my race, I haven't done the math for 2nd 
District).

The other thing that is big is that the media is on the board of the 
commission. This puts it into the realm of manufacturing news, instead 
of reporting it.
