[Lnc-business] Fwd: Letter to the LNC Requesting the Resignation of Joshua Smith as At Large Representative

While I appreciate the earnest tone of Kim Ruff's letter, that's not 
sufficient for the LNC to act on a board member. If evidence comes to 
light, then yes, we should consider it, as the allegations are serious, 
but minus evidence, I don't think we have cause.

When adding the information that the other party involved wishes to not 
have this be a public situation, I think that this board should discuss 
in private.
