[Lnc-business] Proposed Business Agenda - LNC Meeting 9/29-30 in Phoenix

I had asked for time for a motion to set an actual planning meeting - that
could be included in the portion for goals discussion but perhaps my name
then should be included to that time.

Also can we please switch the order of my two items of Convention Voting
Committee and the Conforming Changes?  Since Opa-Vote has to do with voting
it seems like a smoother flow to talk about creating that committee
directly after the Opa-Vote demonstration.
