[Lnc-business] Why do we use Ustream?

I'll not have time to research that until next week.

In the mean time, I'll send you the login credentials for the purposes 
of researching that issue. Please don't share them with anyone else.

A few years ago there were LNC members and other attendees trying to 
improve transparency of LNC meeting broadcasts. For whatever reason, the 
quality was usually very poor and broadcast connection quite 
intermittent. The chair had staff start broadcasting and that brought 
the quality and reliability up substantially. Now would be a fine time 
to take another step forward.
