   I doubt we will have a meaningful discussion on this in a phone/video
   meeting. Those meetings are good for tackling a specific task or
   working out one particular issue. It's not suitable for turningban
   open-ended discussion such as this into actionable outcomes.
   Goals and strategy discussion should be the first substantive agenda
   item for an upcoming in person meeting.
