[Lnc-business] Spring 2019 LNC meeting

The COC wants to have a meeting at the convention hotel for a variety of 
reasons.  It does not have to be this meeting, it could be the Summer 
2019 meeting perhaps in late July/August.  Robert, can you check those 
dates with the hotel before we vote on this ballot?
