We already have an activism award:

SAMUEL ADAMS Activism Award — will be presented to the LP member who has 
been a very effective activist by building party membership, organizing 
community outreach, or communicating Libertarian principles.

I would not be adverse to begin renaming these award after those who 
have worked for Liberty and the Libertarian Party over the past 40 years 
rather than having them named after some old, dead white guys.
