[Lnc-business] Discord channel and our meetings

Or alternatively - we can ditch UStream and put some of that cost towards a
better Zoom account that allows an e-seminar type format and then we could
even do polls, and interact if we wish.  Rather than staff always handling
this - why could not an alternate handle and be an assistant Secretary of
sorts to handle this transparency angle?
