I am inclined to support this. This is an important matter in Texas, as
well....how this turns out could play into future situations here. Certain
vote thresholds allow us a choice, and higher ones would require us to hold
primaries. While the choice presents a moral dilemma, I prefer to have it,
as opposed to being forced one way or another.

I prefer our own brief, but at a minimum, I think we should join one.
